Important Information
Regarding Ongoing Coronavirus Situation

Update March 2021:

The 2020 Coronavirus situation continues to impact our day-to-day. Here are a couple updates:

We are continuing to operate with take-out only, with the exception of our Bartlett location. We are at half capacity of dine-in at Bartlett (6250 Stage Rd). All locations require customers to follow government guidelines for safety: masks are required to be worn, we ask everyone to practice social distancing, and we encourage you to wait in your car while your food is prepared. Our hours of operation are as listed on our website.

Our entire staff continues to follow every health and safety protocol - not just during Coronavirus. We wear our masks and gloves, wash hands frequently, sanitize surfaces, and do not allow ill employees to work.

We are available for delivery via Grubhub and UberEats!

Update May 4, 2020:

An update to our customers: Exlines’ Pizza has made the decision to continue serving our customers through take out and delivery (via UberEats) only. We will not be re-opening our dining room at this time and feel this decision is important for the safety of our employees and customers.

But don’t worry! We are still open and serving up your favorite pizza! We will continue all cleaning and safety protocols, including the measures listed below in update below. We are still encouraging social distancing in our restaurants and are asking that you stay home if you feel ill. We do have curbside pick up options and offer delivery through UberEats. You can find our most up-to-date hours of operations here on our website.

We appreciate the continued support of the Memphis community! We love each one of our employees and customers; we are all in this together!

Update Posted March 19, 2020:

To our customers: we want to extend an update as we all navigate the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak together.

Please be assured, Exlines’ Best Pizza in Town is continuing to follow the top-quality health guidelines, as set forth by our governing agencies. We will continue to clean, sanitize, and maintain a safe environment for our employees and customers. The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. We are continuously educating our employees as this situation unfolds and encouraging our staff to follow all government guidelines.

At this time, we have slightly adjusted our hours of operations. You can find the most up-to-date hours on our website (click here) or ask an employee.

As of March 20, 2020, we will continue to operate offering only take-out service. Our dining rooms will be closed to dine-in business.

We are preparing options for curbside pick-up. We will release more information on that in the near future.

In the meantime, we encourage customers to:

  1. Practice the guidelines set by the government, including social distancing and staying home when you feel ill.

  2. Use this opportunity to order online! We are still open and we want to serve you! On our website, you can find the option to view our menu, place your order online, or purchase an e-gift card. (P.S. Make sure you sign up for our email list, as we will be sending out updates AND coupons! Don’t miss out!)

  3. If you would rather have your favorite pizza delivered, we are partnered with UberEats. UberEats is offering no delivery fee during this time and contact-less delivery.
